So, you have been privileged with the awesome opportunity of helping shape the next generation.  While I acknowledge this as an opportunity, it is also an incredible responsibility that can leave one feeling unqualified and a little lost at the best of times.  From planning your next youth night, to budgeting, to developing your leaders and everything in between, I really believe this course gives you everything you need to lead well.  Regardless of whether you have had some, little or no formal youth ministry training, this online course was designed with you in mind.  

The Youth Ministry Leadership Certification Program has been created to:

ENCOURAGE—this course will bring with it a measure of confidence and encouragement that you have what it takes to lead the next generation.

EQUIP—this course will equip you with the necessary youth ministry tools, skills and access to numerous resources to help you lead a successful youth ministry.

ENGAGE—this course brings with it a mandatory mentoring component that will give you the opportunity to engage consistently with an experienced youth pastor as you complete the course.
